At Crown Northampton, we take immense pride in our handmade footwear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn and pristine items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn footwear in the original box, ensuring all protective tissue and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master shoemakers inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
