How long does it take to handcraft my order?
As each pair of Crown Northampton shoes is made-to-order in our English factory, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for our master shoemakers to hand-cut and finish your footwear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium footwear worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Can I return or exchange my shoes if they don't fit?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Please note that custom bespoke orders may be subject to different terms.
What materials do you use for your sneakers and shoes?
We source only the finest materials, including full-grain calf leather, premium suede, and authentic Horween shell cordovan, paired with world-class soles from Margom and Lactae Hevea.
How do I find my correct size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. Our footwear generally follows traditional UK sizing, which typically runs one size larger than US sizing.

Yes, many of our collections are designed with longevity in mind and can be resoled by a professional cobbler, ensuring your investment lasts for years to come.
